Taking an evening drive in my wife and I’s newly acquired Miata seems to have become my new favorite past time. I’ve always enjoyed driving as most of my friends know, but this car is a whole new experience from the enclosed, “comfortable” cars I have owned and been in. I’d almost call it more organic. A driving experience that hits all the senses just right(Ask me what that means some other time if you really want to know). Perhaps though, I am just excited about it because we got it detailed not two days ago, and the red came out brilliant!
I had a real itch to get out and take some photos for myself recently, so I decided to take the car out to Fort Langley and snap away at the luscious red paint in the evening light. I always really enjoy getting out to do projects like this for myself. I think it’s personal projects that really let you develop your own art. I don’t get out often enough to do this, as most of my attention is going to my client work,(which is a great thing, and I always want to please my clients and myself in that regard), but I’d really like to put some more focus on my personal work, and get out to do projects of my own. So keep an eye out for those in the next couple months! Hopefully next time I will remember to bring my tripod!
